For small and mid-sized businesses

Your team runs the apps. We handle everything behind them.

Ready-to-run apps for the repetitive work in your business – reports, documents, follow-ups, incoming enquiries. Your team fills in a few fields and gets a result they can use. No setup, no maintenance, no developer.

We’ll look at your repetitive work and tell you what’s worth automating. Nothing to install.

The problem

Software was supposed to make work simpler.

Most businesses we meet are not short of tools. They’re short of anything that works without someone babysitting it.

You don’t need more software. You need apps that deliver a result.

×

Tools your team can’t use without a training session

×

Setups that break quietly and need constant fixing

×

A developer needed for every small change

×

Security nobody in the business has time to manage

×

Subscriptions that keep stacking up, half of them unused

How it works

Three steps, and two of them are ours.

1

We choose the apps

Not a catalog for you to browse. We look at where your team loses hours and pick the apps that fit: a shortlist, not a shopping trip.

2

We set them up

Your data, your rules, your accounts, your templates. You never open a configuration screen or hold a set of API keys.

3

Your team runs them

Open an app, fill in a few fields, get the result. When we improve an app, the form updates itself. Nothing to relearn.

The apps

Built for the work nobody wants to do twice.

Two apps are ready to deploy today, with nine more on the way. If the work you want handled isn’t on this list, tell us, we’ll say honestly whether an app is the right answer.

[Template note – adjust this list to the apps you actually deploy for your clients.]

Why this works

Four things we won’t compromise on.

4 commitments · every deployment

01

No training day

If your team needs a course to use an app, the app is wrong. Fields in, result out. Anyone who can fill in a form can run it.

02

Results you can actually send

Output that goes straight into your work, not a first draft someone has to rewrite. If it needs correcting every time, we fix the app.

03

Your data stays yours

Your information is never used to train anyone’s model. Encrypted, hosted in the European Union, separated from every other business.

04

Someone to call

You’re not raising a ticket with a software company in another timezone. You call us. We chose the apps, we set them up, we answer for them.

Your data

Plain answers, not a trust badge.

You’re entitled to know where your information goes before you hand it over. Here’s what we can state as fact.

Hosted in the European Union
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Never used to train any model
Your workspace is isolated from every other business
Access limited to the people you name
Every run is logged and exportable
Full list of subprocessors on request
Your data leaves with you if we stop working together

Who we are

You’re working with people, not a subscription.

{{ tagencyName }} builds and runs automation for small and mid-sized businesses. We’re not reselling you a licence and walking away. We choose the apps, configure them around how you actually work, and stay responsible for them afterwards.

When something needs to change, you talk to the people who set it up.

Questions

What businesses ask us first.

Do we need anyone technical on our side?+

No. That’s the point. If a change is needed, it’s our job. Your team’s only role is to open an app and use it.

How long before we’re actually using something?+

For an app that already exists, days rather than months – most of that time is us learning how you work. If something needs building, we’ll tell you upfront what it takes.

What if we want something the apps don’t do?+

Tell us and we’ll say whether it’s worth it. Sometimes the honest answer is that a spreadsheet already works fine, and we’d rather say that than sell you an app.

What happens if we stop working with you?+

Your data and your history are exportable at any time, and the terms are written into the agreement before you sign. You are not locked in by making your data hard to retrieve.

Is our information shared with the AI companies behind this?+

Your data is not used to train models. Processing is documented, hosted in the EU, and the full list of providers involved is available on request.

How is this priced?+

A monthly fee per app in use, quoted before you commit, with usage included up to a level we agree. No setup fee hidden in the first invoice.

Let’s look at your repetitive work.

Twenty minutes. Bring the task your team complains about most. We’ll tell you whether an app fixes it, and roughly what it costs.
